    Faris holds an MBA in Finance from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at The College of William & Mary and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and Government. His career spans high-impact roles at organizations such as IBM, Kyndryl, and Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, where he has consistently delivered results in fast-paced, complex environments.

    Throughout his career, Faris has led large-scale financial initiatives — from managing nationwide clinician and leadership bonus programs to creating corporate-wide capital expenditure budgets. His work has supported executive-level decisions, enhanced financial forecasting accuracy, and improved the performance of multi-million-dollar contracts. Notably, at Kyndryl, he developed the company’s first public capital expenditure plan and played a key role in migrating financial systems to SAP, cutting inefficiencies, and improving reporting timelines.

    Faris’s technical proficiency spans tools such as SAP S4HANA, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI, allowing him to deliver actionable insights and streamline complex financial operations.
